Simulators list not appearing in Xcode 10.3

Hi
Please advise on the below issue:
The Simulators list not appearing in Xcode 10.3 and I can't add a new one after upgrading the OS version to Big Sur.

Xcode 10.3 is not supported in Bug Sur. And you cannot build apps for App Store using 10.3. Why don't you upgrade Xcode?
