Error building project on my MacBook

I have been using my Xcode on my iMac but I would like to continue my work on my MacBook whenever I'm not at home. After migrating my data from the iMac to the MacBook, the project that I am currently working on won't build on the MacBook for some reason. I get the below error

ld: in /Users/shannonrobinson/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Desktop/Current Projects/Lykke/Pods/FirebaseAnalytics/Frameworks/FIRAnalyticsConnector.framework/FIRAnalyticsConnector(FIRAnalyticsConnector_8094107d82c527bf23f93e98c9db96d1.o), building for iOS Simulator, but linking in object file built for iOS, file '/Users/shannonrobinson/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Desktop/Current Projects/Lykke/Pods/FirebaseAnalytics/Frameworks/FIRAnalyticsConnector.framework/FIRAnalyticsConnector' for architecture arm64

Can anyone explain or assist in solving this issue?

You should first try an option-clean build folder on the MacBook.

Which OS version on iMac ? on MacBook ?
Which Xcode version on iMac ? on MacBook ?
If not OK, check with FireBase that you have the correct version of the pod.
