Viber lags on my iphone 12 pro

My new iphone 12 pro is in IOS 14.3. It lags for a moment (5 to 10 seconds) when I launch Viber. Meanwhile, i also use an older iphone 8 plus (in IOS 14.2), this issue of lagging (momentary freezing) does not occur.
What is the remedy for my iphone 12 pro?

I also have issues with viber. I cant send or receive audio/video messages and photos. Anyone else experiencing same problems?
