Cancel button should be placed on the left of action button

As explained in the HIG, Cancel buttons should be located to the left of action buttons. Generally buttons on the left go back to where you were without committing changes, action buttons go on the right and progress you forwards through the interface. ADF doesn't follow that guideline and instead places Post on the left of the Cancel button when composing a new thread, and in other locations throughout ADF. Please follow the HIG even on the Web.

The point, is to provide a consistent UI. There is no reason the cancel button must be

on the left in fact, in some languages it would be incorrect to place it there. Please do

something productive and stop fighting windmills.

All I ask for is consistency, as long as the consistent behavior is proper, and at the moment ADF is neither consistent nor proper - according to Apple's guildelines. If you were to read Micorosft's guidelines, if they have any, they would be different - they often put the Cancel button on the right. but alas this is not a Microsoft forum. Might I remind you this section of ASD is for making suggestions for improvements to the ADF - if you have no interest in contributing to this, there is no need to post in this category.

How about you go write an app or 3... Stop wasting your time fighting windmills.

And NO this is not for making suggestions about improvements to the forums it is for asking

questions regarding how to use the forums.

It is not, as it clearly states: "Provide feedback or request enhancements to the forums". Nowhere does it state this is for asking questions on how to use the forums.
