I have enough storage, am plugged in via AC, on WIFI (I have no cellular). I keep getting the error "software updated failed. Error occurred downloading IOS 14.4". I rebooted, reset network settings, nothing is working

Any advice?

It's the same issue with my iPad mini. The available (unused) storage is more ten 100GB.
It says "An error occurred downloading iPadOS 14.4.

I too am facing the same concern. Reset the Network, on WiFi (My iPad does not have Cellular option).
Message received - Software Update Failed. An error occurred downloading iPadOS 14.4.1.

GB free space available in iPad Storage.

After multiple restarts, still concern prevails.
Please support to resolve concern.

My 5th generation iPad is on 14.4 (18D52).
Please support.
