Certificate is not trusted

We are trying to send an application to the AppStore, however, when generating the certificate and installing it on the Mac, it is getting the status:

"Apple Distribution: certificate is not trusted".

We have already updated the Mac, our IDE, the Xcode but the error continues, we have also tried to define the certificate with Trust> Always Trust

Does anyone have any solution?

There are two common causes of problems like this:

You’re missing the WWDR intermediate (or you have an out of date one). See Apple Worldwide Developer Relations Intermediate Certificate for details.
You have customised the trust settings on one the certificates involved. You can check this in Keychain Access.
