Hello since upgrading my family yesterday 5th February 2021 to IOS 14.4 all of my devices that are Apple do not connect to my home Wi-fi and I cannot work due to this issue. Apple please fix this.

Could you describe the sequence of actions for this family upgrade, and when you first noticed the problem.
I would try to unregister a device from the wifi network (forget the network) and register again.
