Xcode 12.4 SwiftUI Preview cannot run or take long time to run

I used macOS Catalina 10.15.7 on Macbook Pro mid 2012 (with HDD/16 GB RAM). When running Xcode 12.4 the Preview of SwiftUI cannot run or take long time to run and also crash many times. And also when running this it slow down my mac.

Any one face the same problems with me, please kindly advise.
