We have an apple ID that was used on multiple devices in our company, a user as added their personal mobile as 2nd factor. We do not know this phone number and we need to gain access to this ID.
The domain belongs to us, the Apple ID was created by us and the domain is associated to our Apple Business manager. we also have the password to this account.
How do we associate a new phone number to this account?
