macOS 11.3 beta 3 removes bundle from /Library

After update to macOS 11.3 beta 3 some bundles form folders in /Library were removed.

I wasn't able to find any information regarding this in macOS 11.3 beta 3 Release Notes.

Is this behavior normal?
