Application working on Mobile data but not on Wifi

Dear Developers,
I am new to the iOS platform. I got an application sent to me, which works perfectly fine on Mobile Data, but it does not work on a WiFi network.
I tried changing the device and resetting iPhone multiple times, still no luck.
