I had a non-wildcard App ID in the iPhone Program Portal, and my current app in the store uses this App ID. However just recently I logged into the Portal and the App ID no longer exists. It is no longer present in the list found on the App IDs page. When I try to create an App ID with the same reverse-domain and keyword combination, the page responds with
