Problems with Beta 3, unable to use Beta 4 - Where are menu items?

I have followed every step of developer updates to Big Sur. Most problems disappeared by 11.3.No problem with Beta 2. When I installed Beta 3, Accessibility > Spoken Content would attempt to load voices, which never made it, instead constant churning, reports. Went back to Beta 2. When Beta 4 was released, installed. Control Center fails to load, no time-date, drop menus from top menu bar have no content, and, again, constant failure due to Control Center fail. Anyone else?

Yes - all 'standard' right-sided menu bar icons have disappeared. In addition, menu choices are totally blacked out if I choose Dark appearance (ie, when clicking an application's menu bar items, such as Edit/View/Window/Help, all of the drop-down choices are blacked out)

I have this same issue. No clock, no Control Center icon, no icons for the standard control center items like network and bluetooth. All menus blacked out in dark mode. Notifications coming through, but so fast they cannot be read.
Using the activity monitor, I found Control Center is running. But it is not displaying.

Given this the issue seems to have to do with Control Center's interface with the menu bar. Or rather the issue is with the menubar and not limited to Control Center.

Beginning to show up on Reddit. Only two posts so far. Fortunately, considering the issue I had with Beta 3 and Voice in Spoken Content, I used CCC and made a bootable external. After two tries, erased and moved the original Beta 2 boot back to the internal drive.

I started the Reddit thread, however, my issue (as far as I know) has nothing to do with Spoken Content. I just upgraded to the latest Beta and for the first time ever, it's horrible. I cannot see text clicking under applications, when right clicking anything, nor can I see any menu bar text no matter what mode I am in (light or dark).

Has anyone else encountered this?

Anyone have a fix?

Thanks for your update. The other thread with similar issues was posted on Reddit by AlphaBAMF 2 days ago.

The SpokenContent problem has nothing to do with Beta 4. Please review my post. I was concerned that skipping Beta 3 might be an issue but apparently not.

Apparently there is no fix. At least I haven't been able to find one. One suggestion was to locate the plist for Control Panel and delete it. Did not help me. Why I went back to Beta 2. Waiting for Beta 5. Why I always make a bootable backup to an external drive before installing a new Beta.
