Stuck on checking for app store connect access

Whenever I try to validate or upload my build to app store connect through xcode, it gets stuck on a loading screen that says "checking for app store connect access."

It's not an issue with the code because I tried validating previous builds that I know worked, and there were no issues.

You should check your account (here is the sequence):

I checked my Appstore Connect account (contracts).
I noticed a yellow warning that some contact information were missing.
I updated.

i still have this issue and i cannot find any account i didnt agree on.
