Does my App Need to Re-register NEHotspotHelper After Device Reboot?

I am testing and it appears that after the device reboots. NEHotspotHelper becomes unregistered and no callbacks are received until I manually open my app once again.

Is there a way to signify to the iOS operating system that my app would like to reregister for NEHotspotHelper after device restart? Or is manually opening the app the only way to do so?
I am not aware of any requirement to restart the app and call NEHotspotHelper.register again after the device restarts. I have not tested this functionality though in a few months, so if you continue to run into issues, open a TSI and either Quinn or myself can look into what is happening.
