Suddenly, appx 3-4 days ago I got notification that ECG as well as irregular heart rate notifications are disabled on this beta.

watchOS: 7.4 (18T5194a) Public beta, no new beta was released for the time being.

Should I wait until 20th April? Seriously?

I see that you wrote 'case can be closed'. Did you get this resolved? I have the same problem with mine. How did you reenabled ECG?
