Can't share my screen with SideCar with my iPad

using my active directory account (roaming so i can use it from home), I cant share my screen with my ipad air 3gen but my ad account has my apple id associated
but if i log on onto the mac with my apple id, i can share my screen without any problem
how can i solve it?
