I have discovered something. When I connect to Bluetooth audio in my car (iPhone 12 Max, 2013 Mercedes C250), when I turn off the car, my phone acts as if its sounds are still playing through the Bluetooth connection, which effectively places it in silent mode. If I turn Bluetooth off on my phone, then back on, or if I toggle the mute switch off and on, the phone will be back to “normal”. Is there a fix for this? It’s annoying - and it took a while before I realized the cause of it going into silent mode, seemingly for no reason.
iPhone 12 in silent mode after disconnecting from Bluetooth audio
Yo for real Apple really sucks for this - this issue is a thing for years!!
I‘m so angry… I didn’t hear my alarm go off plenty of times because I have the same issue:
After disconnecting with my mercedes (2020) HiFi, my Ringtone Volume ist on 1% or 1 bar and this really gets on my nerves because you can’t always remember to turn it up.
Please fix this !
I’m on iOS 16.4.1
