iTunes Search API not up-to-date with Apple Podcasts.

I'm trying to query the latest Episodes from a Podcast, but the result is not up-to-date.

I can see there's a new episode published today in Apple Podcasts.

But it's not returned in the API.

I'm making the following request:

https://itunes.apple.com/lookup?id=1531566435&media=podcast&entity=podcastEpisode

Why am I not seeing the latest episode in the API although it's present in Apple Podcasts.

What can I do to eliminate this delay?

I have noticed the same issue. I'm assuming its an intentional delay in the API access? I don't know if it only applies to Podcast episodes as I have only tried that type of search.
