After updating my ios to 14.5 today, none of my Apps can work , all of them are freezed and don’t open at all.
What can I do to solve this problem.

Does it also freeze preinstalled apps, as Mail or Safari ?
Did you try to reboot the iPhone again ?
Could you also remove an app (a free one preferably) and reload ? Does the problem still occur for it ?

my Mail and Safari works well, but for example my Weather app doesn’t work!
I can delete Apps , but my app store doesn’t work well ( when I write the name of the app on the search bar , it freeze!)
and I tried to turn my phone off 2 times , didn’t help at all. Because I cannot restart the phone.

Maybe you had an installation problem.
Either manage to reinstall iOS
or go to an AppStore if there's one close to you (which is not often the case)
Or contact Apple support.

I just tried restarting my phone which didn’t help!
Unfortunately I don’t have access to any AppStore , and surprisingly my “ setting “ doesn’t work as well .
I hope there would be a solution for this problem.

That really looks like an installation problem.
Can you reinstall iOS 14.5 ?
Could you also try to generate and download an app from Xcode ?
You should also file a bug report, or contact Apple support or even burn a DTS ticket.

There is no option to reinstall I don’t know how to do it.

I’m not skilled on iOS , and unfortunately I haven’t saved my data to iCloud.
