ApplePay issue with Amex ( American Express Cards ) not working on live

Hello,

We are using CyberSource as our payment provider for an e-commerce website , the integration seems to be working well on the Sandbox environments but as soon as we witch to live ( using live credentials ) then AMEX in particular is not working and our payment provider is rejecting the transaction with the reason

Invalid Request Data
Unsupported ECI type. e_commerce_indicator=AESK

Do you have any ideas why this is happening ? And any possible solutions , maybe you came across this in other cases.

Do you have any ideas why this is happening ? And any possible solutions

Make sure you are testing with a live account and not a Sandbox testing account. Also, I am assuming that American Express is available in the region you are testing, but you should double check this as well.

Lastly, check the format of the payment token against what is supported in the region where the payment is being made. RSA is used only in regions where ECC encryption is unavailable due to regulatory concerns.
