MFi Enrollment Portal Down?

I have attempted to enroll in the MFi portal from Safari, Edge, Firefox, Brave, and Chrome browsers... but I keep encountering a perpetual loading circle.

Any idea what might be going on? or what I might be doing wrong.

Hi, Have you submitted this feedback in the feedback assistant? Its possible if enough people submit this error maybe apple will fix it.
