I am using Xcode Version 8.1 (8B62). When I updated my development iPad to 10.1.1, When I click on the run button I get the following error message "dyld_shared_cache_extract_dylibs failed" and I can not continue. I have deleted and reinstalled Xcode from my machine. I tried deleting the directory: ~/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/10.1 (14B72) and then it says something about the platform not being supported when I try to run it.

Isn't 14B72 an older beta?
What is the build # on that iPad 10.1.1?
