We have an iPad app which discovers and controls our network devices on the local network. We've updated to all the correct entitlements and permissions etc and it all works and tests fine on all of our test platforms except for a customer of ours in China who has an 11" iPad Pro 4G and is unable to access wifi. There seems to be a special system setting on these China 4G iPads to enable "Apps Using WLAN & Cellular", but our app isn't listed here and we suspect this is the reason it is unable to access wifi.
However, we can't find any documentation for this setting, how to ensure an app is listed here, when it's needed etc. Can anyone shed any light on this?
