I'm trying to use Opus in HLS, but I cannot find any specification about it. Does anybody have any pointers? Thanks

I am not aware of support for Opus in HLS.

Opus has been supported in .caf file formats since 2017. (See "What's New in Audio" from WWDC 2017.) The Safari 15 Beta Release Notes indicate support for Opus in WebM starting with iOS and iPadOS 15 and macOS 12.
