Since updating my Mac OS to Big Sur, Mail is not working properly. The "Search" function does not seem to work well or at all. Also, when I try to print an email message a window pops up that says “Generating content to print”. It gets stuck on that for a bit until I force quit the mail app. If the mail app happens to get past that message, the print window will appear, but clicking the Print button does nothing. Additionally, some options, like the "media quality" settings are grayed out and I cannot select an option. This basically renders my mail app useless, and is pretty bad since as the executive director, I need to print receipts sent to my email for bookkeeping and accounting purposes. I will have to one star the mail app if this is not fixed.
