Sound Window keeps opening and junk characters being typed

I have 2 issues.

  1. Sound Window keeps opening
  2. When something typed only Junk characters gets displayed even though us english is enabled.

System Configuration:

MacBook Pro Quad-Core Intel Core i7 macOS 11.4 (20F71)
