I was taking a look at the published HI guidelines for tvOS, and noticed that -- when introducing unique characteristics of the tvOS UX -- the 3rd paragraph mentions the "accelerometer and gyroscope" in the Apple TV remote.
The newest Apple TV generation includes a redesigned remote which lacks accelerometer and gyroscope, thus doubtlessly requiring a refresh of human interface expectations.
