I have an existing dev PC with XCode 10.3 on it, and I need to add the command line tools. While XCode 10.3 has been removed from the store, and the built-in install and update facilities inclusind the xcode-select command line do all fail. XCode 10.3 it is still available for download here. The XCode tools are, however, not, in the list version 10 is missing entirely, there is a gap in the downloads between version 4.6 and 11.0. Where can I get the package?
