"Payment not completed" message

Getting "Payment not completed" message after recently updating my Apple Pay Certificate. Xcode capabilities has everything checked ok for ApplePay and I'm using ApplePay sandbox test cards. Works in simulator but not on actual device. Anyone have a similar issue?

Can you file a bug on that? Does anything show up in the console?
