Hi,

I do not know how to code, so I used a third part app called Good Barber to create an app. I would like to use a freemium model-- free content with the option to purchase "premium content." The premium content would be accessible by purchasing a subscription, which would then unlock the premium content. However, Good Babrer does not provide any native options for this type of in app purchase, so they told me to provide an external link to my webpage where customers can then purchase the monthly subscription. Upon submitting to the Apple store, however, they rejected it because they do not allow in app content to be paid for via an external link. So now I am stuck between a rock and hard place. They said there is code that can be used to include in app purchases, however, it doesn't seem like Good Babrer is set up for that. However, Goodbarber does have a section called "plug-ins" which is described as "The plugin section will enable developers to create their own features in the app. By writing your own code in HTML5/JS you can create a specific page for the app." Does anyone know of any work around or something that could help me get my app into the store? I've worked on it for a long time (content wise), but there doesnt seem to be a point to it if I cant charge a subscription. For peope like me (no coding skills and a low budget) God barber was a good option. At this point I have no idea what to do and I am not a coder. I'd be extremely grateful if somone could reach out with some recommendations.

>God barber was a good option.

I'd argue that since you didn't get an app into the store, it wasn't a good option. There is no free lunch otherwise, as you've found.

If you want to spend time learning, the 'option' now is to do that using Apple's IDE, and seek help here as you go along.

About the free w/purchase!subscription options, best to move to the In-App Purchaseforums _after_ scanning the related docs.

And finally, if you post here via your phone, please keep it brief, as the forum dis's formatting, making it hard to read long bunched up queries without line breaks, etc., and try to resist using the title to ask the question, thanks.

Good luck.
