xCode 12.4 + macOS Catalina: "framework not found apptrackingtransparency"

Hi,

I am using xCode 12.4 on the macOS Catalina on a Mac Mini and when builing the project via Unity it launches xCode which gives me the error "framework not found apptrackingtransparency". Right now I am using the latest xCode version supported for my macOS version and I am unable to upgrade to macOS Big Sur.

Any idea how to proceed?
