App build failed with my App name correct, now cant rebuild.

Hi Carried out a build for my business app - Business Compass'. Had some problem with App passwords which meant multiple submissions.

Now, when resubmit a build, the Apple account says its name is in use and I have to claim back copyright (in my own name). However, there are no other Apps shown on my panel as the first submits failed.

How do I get my name cleared so I can resubmit? Cant find anything anywhere?

I do not fully understand what you've entered in the AppstoreConnect so far…     At what stage of submission process do you get the error ?    In such a case, I would contact support (phone or web) to ask for advice.     https://developer.apple.com/contact
