Big Sur 11.5.2 not printing Word or PDF

Since I updated the OS, my HP PageWide printer is not printing PDFs and Word files - only lines and squares instead of the text. Tried renaming printer, reinstalling printer but no luck. Able to print mail etc.

Hi! It's not the macOS update issue. HP PageWide printers were getted update on 2'nd August. We have downgraded our HP PageWide 477dw firmware to 1829A and this resolved the problem. There is no toner level on 1829A firmware but it's printing normally. You can try firmwares from this archive https://drive.google.com/file/d/1H6gjEjgTmjpvvI94wTE0_mULZLcUYnuL/view?usp=sharing. We have downgraded our PageWide simply through web-interface.
