Big Sur freezes at login. FileVault problem

Hi, there is a problem with my Big Sur iMac 27" 2020

Suddenly it stops booting, when I see a login screen and typed my password in, the progress bar always stuck right on the center

It seems the problem is in FileVault. I can't load in a safe mode (got same problem). I've tried reinstalling OS via usb installer, reinstalled perfectly, but still can't log in

However, when I go to recovery mode and start the disk utility, I can decrypt filevault encrypted disk without any doubt. I mean, the password is correct and mac has no problem decrypting it. If I try to reboot, the problem persists.

So it seems I have only one way to do smth, it's through the console from recovery mode. Could you please suggest what to do in this case? I need to save all my data so I can't just erase the disk.

Can I turn off the filevault from recovery mode?

Thank you

If I try to log in in Single User Mode or Verbose Mode (Cmd+S/Cmd+V during boot) it stuck on the same string

localhost com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] : Doing boot task: dirhelper

I tried to reinstall Big Sur again, but I have so many errors in log such as
