Hi, you say swift playground 5 will come to ipad when the ipados 15 come out, yesterday the Ipados 15 came out i update my ipad but swift playground 5 update didn’t came out with Ipados 15.

I guess you mean the new Swift Playgrounds which can develop iPhone/iPad apps on iPad. It usually is referred to as Swift Playgrounds 4.
You should visit this old thread first. Even for now that the first version of iPadOS 15 is released, Swift Playgrounds is marked with two stars in the iPadOS 15 page, which means

I'm not sure if it would be included in the future version of iPadOS 15, or released as a separate app in the App Store, but I do expect that the beta version of it would be available on the Apple Developer site when ready.

Apple rarely reveals their future plans except on events such as WWDC. You should better wait on the Developer site watching the official announcements.

Apple kept the promise late 2021, though my expectation for the beta version did not come true, but it's better we can use the App Store version earlier than I expect.
Swift Playgrounds 4 is available now, from the iPad App Store.
