Why there is no live text option for iPhone X in ios 15. iphoneX is powerful iPhone easily capable for live text processing.

I'm afraid Live Text will not work on your iPhone X.

Apple say:

You need an iPhone XS, iPhone XR, or later with iOS 15 to use Live Text.
