Hi I have just brought a new iPhone 11 I have set up everything I can on it and now it is saying install now for the latest iso. Next to where it says Install now is a loading circle that’s moving. I have restarted my iPhone 3 times now . Do I have to wait it out

the latest iso. Do you mean the latest iOS ?

If it says it is installing iOS update, YES, let it finish (and put on a charger, that may be required to proceed).
