Norton 360 for Mac won't open

I followed all the suggestions by Norton 360 support, and the app still does not open. I've deleted all Norton files and re-installed them. Restarted my Mac. Clicked on Norton Live update before updating to Monterey. Restarted my Mac. None of the above suggestions worked. Are there any other suggestions from the Apple community?

Remove it.

I'd request a refund from the vendor.

I'd also use the built-in anti-malware.

Most of the messes folks get into with macOS are not going to be prevented by add-on anti-malware; problems around poor and reused passwords, failure to use two-factor authentication, phishing, installing the adware or the questionable apps, etc.

And yes, it's best to ask these app-support questions of the app vendor (Norton), or over in ASC, as these developer forums would be where (for instance) the Norton 360 app developers might seek assistance with the problems seemingly present in this app, or for other developers with their respective apps.
