Importing/Adding devices to ABM

Hi,

We are on EE, who are less than helpful than giving us access to ABM. We are on a Business account and apparently we need a Corporate account to be able to use ABM. The trouble is there is no upgrade path from business to Corporate and EE are telling us we need to cancel all of our contracts, pay off the remainder of the contracts and re-provision 100 phones with new sims.

Is there any way of importing devices other than relying on the supplier to populate them into ABM or plugging the devices in to Apple Configurator 2. We also have 13 iPads that were purchased through the channel, we need to add these as well.

To simplify the question a bit, is there a way of adding devices other than relying on a carrier / Apple reseller to add them?

Can we add them to InTune and InTune then adds them to ABM?

I really need to answer this riddle as the carriers we use do not support ABM and we purchase other Apple devices through the channel, who are also not ABM registered. Making ABM absolutely useless to us!
