On the last day 29 I restarted my macbook version pro m1 2020 to complete an update and a crash message appeared. A word file that I use and change every day appeared open in recovery version with a version 3 months ago. This file was in a synced icloud folder. I entered icloud from safari and saw that the files were not synchronized exactly three months ago. After that, my synced folder on the computer started to receive old files that I had already moved to another folder or removed within that three month period. Is there any way to recover mainly the word file I work on every day for the 29th version or newer? Apparently it was saving to the computer, but not synchronizing.
