Can powermetrics show timestamp in millisecond or higher resolution?

Currently it only shows timestamp in second (Thu Dec 2 11:56:44 2021 +0800) in output file:

*** Sampled system activity (Thu Dec 2 11:56:44 2021 +0800) (31.96ms elapsed) ***

Is it possible to get the timestamp in millisecond or even microsecond/nanosecond?
