Hi, as per https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207305 Indonesia is not in the list. This means that ABM is currently not supported. Since you have to provide essential information like VAT number and DUNS number (and it will be checked very thoroughly) about your business when enrolling for ABM, there is no real way around.
