Does the app issued by the enterprise version certificate have to be compiled with xcode13 before it can run on iOS15? Is there an official explanation?

After an enterprise-level app is compiled with xcode12, an error message is displayed on the ios15 device.

NO. We use Xcode 12.5.1 to build enterprise apps and they run fine on iOS 15. Make sure that your build machine is running at least macOS Big Sur (11.6) though
