Upon launch of the app and initial app creation, I receive the title referenced error when running the default code. There is no console output and no other errors. Spoke with apple support and they referred me here. Anybody else experience this error?
So, which app is crashing? The Swift Playgrounds app? Or an app that you built using Swift Playgrounds?

I had the same problem as you do. I guess it’s caused by you updated the Swift Playgrounds from the previous version. I deleted the Swift Playgrounds and re-download from the App Store. Then it works.
