I succeeded upload my app in App Store Connect but i got a message from organizer.
message is: App Store Connect Operation Warning Your version of iTMSTransporter will be updated in approximately 3 days.
how can i solve this warning? Is this warning do not trouble in my app?
You can ignore this warning. The app is loaded into App Store with this warning. It is related to the release of the new version of XCode (13.2). Update Xcode and it should be gone.
I just got this error and I'm on Version 13.2 (13C90)

Same warning today. Xcode 13.1. "Your version of iTMSTransporter will be updated in approximately 1 days"
I also got the same thing when archiving my app to send a new build on TestFlight. I got it around 10 minutes ago.
