Can you please help me to get this item enabled? Is there a step by step instruction?

In Xcode, from your apps TARGET, go to the "Signing &Capabilities" tab...
Add the Capability "Sign in with Apple"

I ask question about a tick which is not accessible on Apple web-site. I use Chrome web-browser to access the page screenshot. May be I have to ask a question on Chrome support? NO, there must be something to do on the Apple web-site.
