I AM TRYING TO UPLOAD MY APP ON TO THE APP STORE VIA XCODE

i tried three times and it did the same thing (see image). When I tried to go to App Store Connect it would not load on my computer it says safari cant find this site. Could that be the issue the Xcode isn’t able to connect to the App Store Connect so it’s disturbing the upload(distribution)?
