Over the last few days I’ve started to see issues when trying to login to iCloud on my simulator so I can test some iCloud functionality I am working on. I have been able to login previously without issues.
It seems to login me in OK, it shows the signing into iCloud screen and then asks me if i want to merge data. I then get presented with the first screen below which on the surface looks like I have logged in, however the Xcode console tells another story - also note the Sign out and other options are disabled.
If I then click on the Password & Security option I get a Account Details Unavailable error, see screen shot.
If I click the option to Get Verification Code, I simply get an error (see screen shot).
I’ve tried different simulators and also reset the simulator using the Erase all content and settings option. Nothing seems to allow me to completely login to icloud on the simulator.
Any help on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
