Can't Open Bug Reporter

Attempts to go to https://bugreport.apple.com/logon are met with the message:


Safari Can’t Open the Page

Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://bugreport.apple.com/logon”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

I would file a bug report, but ....

Behind a firewall?

Since a couple days I'm having the same issue, on iPad Air 2 and MacBook Air, nothing changed concerning my internet/network configuration.


Just checked on iPhone via cellular, not my home internet connection: same issue - too many redirections.

Today I got one step closer. I was able to login. But once I was logged in, I ultimately ended up with the same "too many redirections" issue before I could get anywhere else.

I am also unable to log into bug reporter due to "too many redirects". I would report this behavior to Apple as a bug, but, well, .... uh.....

Got it to work two days ago by erasing all cookies and disabling safari suggestions.


But today I get "too many redirects" again, on every one of my devices.


Nothing helps.

The whole backend is quicksand right now....

It worked briefly for me at the end of last week as well, even though I had not cleared any caches or cookies. Today, no go. It worked on Chrome though, so I used that to file a bug report on the bug reporter.

Where do we start in the continuous litany of misery that working with Apple products produces?

I'm having the very same problem, do you finally could login to bug reporter? I'm interacting with apple support via email since 22/12/2017... not luck.


I think apple is not interested on fixing this problem at all!

I reported the original issue to Apple on January 9, 2017. That was marked as a duplicate and closed on March 20, 2017. The original report was marked as resolved and closed on April 12, 2017. I did not spend all of that time unable to file bug reports however.


If you can find some other way into the Apple Bug Reporter (different device, different browser, different time of day, etc.) to file a report, it will be addressed eventually. In the meantime, just keep trying occasionally and you might get in.
